In oil refineries, fire protection systems generally include Fire & Gas Detection Systems (Alarms, Smoke/Heat/Gas Detectors), Foam System, Deluge Water Spray System, Sprinklers, Hydrants/Fire Monitor, Floating Roof Rim Seal Fire Protection System, and Fire Extinguishers. These systems are designed to detect fires early, extinguish fires, and prevent the spread of fire.
