LNG Terminal

An LNG terminal is an industrial facility that serves to store, process, and distribute LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas). LNG is natural gas liquefied at very low temperatures (-162°C) to facilitate transportation in large volumes, mainly by ship. These terminals can either be export facilities, where the gas is liquefied and loaded onto ships, or import facilities, where LNG is imported, stored, and then converted back to gaseous form before being piped into the distribution network.

In LNG Fire Protection Systems generally include Fire & Gas Detection Systems (Gas/Smoke/Heat Detectors), High Expansion Foam System, Deluge Water Spray System, Sprinklers, Hydrants/Fire Monitor, Large Dry Chemical System, and Fire Extinguishers. These systems are designed to detect fires early, extinguish fires, and prevent the spread of fire. With a reliable fire protection system, the LNG terminal can operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
